Chapter Freedom Group 3.jpg

Review & Approach

Finally, when we met we did not necessarily have a methodical approach to discussing freedom.

As a reference to the leitmotif of our 3 days, each of us let our own thoughts run free so that they could finally meet in these 3 boxes in Labiomista.

First we separated the groups. The anarchy of our thoughts could finally be an obstacle to the understanding of each other. Then we got together to complete our vision.

We used several tools: knowledge, imagination, experience, reflection, intuition and relational intelligence. Here are some examples of the use of these tools through our results.

  • Theoretical knowledge : this was illustrated through the subjects of capitalism and art for example.
  • Imagination : this has inspired the idea of the Safety Box, for example.
  • Experiences :  through our different backgrounds and cultures, it has allowed us to change our perspective and point of view.
  • Reflections : this one allowed us to link everything together.
  • Intuition : It followed us throughout these 3 days in our decisions, thoughts, discussions etc.. to lead us on the right path
  • Relational intelligence : One of the most important.
This allowed us to know how to listen to each other and interact in the group. We have to admit that generally in a group some egos want to take over, the relational intelligence of each one allowed us to know how to listen to and understand each other and when it was necessary to separate by group to make our words and thoughts more readable.

In a world where everyone talks but no one listens to each other, it is more than necessary for this project, which aims for the future, to start with the most essential tool: knowing how to listen to each other to understand each other better.
