Lynn Tytgat

Lynn Tytgat is the coordinator of weKONEKT.brussels. She is a visiting professor and works for the Strategy and Policy Unit at the Free University of Brussels (VUB). weKONEKT.brussels is an initiative whereby the VUB and Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) actively contribute to the development of a free, connected and resilient urban community. Within this framework, Lynn works closely with the art scene and diplomatic world to strengthen the synergies between education, science and art. Lynn Tytgat received her Master's degrees in Literature and Theater Studies and International and European Law from the VUB. She also completed a management course at Solvay Brussels School. Lynn built her diplomatic and international career in New York, Paris and Brussels where she worked for UNESCO, United Nations University (UNU) and the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations, among others. Lynn is Belgium's 40h40 Fellow and sits on several boards including Ancienne Belgique, Cinematek, MAD Brussels and Horizon 50/200.
